Car switches off/Cuts

I have had an issue with my car for the past 2 years now, I took my car to N1 city which is where I have been taking it since I got it, when I told them about it they simply did nothing. My car is a Ford Figo trend, when I start it some days it immediately locks then switches off/cuts, some days it just locks and when I drive away it switches off and some days it locks and does not cut. This car I have had for over 6 years and in the first 4 years it has never locked when I start it, the technician (Barloworld Tygervalley) said all Figo trends do this and I know my car it has never done this it only locks once I pull away. I took it to Tygervalley as its closer to where I live, they kept it for a couple of days to observe and eventually it did cut with the Technician, they called me and he could not say what the issue was he just said I think its this I think its that, I told the consultant why do they think when they should know I mean I took my car to the expects people that know, I said to her please ask him to fix whatever is wrong with the car. They called me to come get my car as they had fixed it. I paid for it and got my car, got in the car started it, it locked before I even left this is when the Technician said Ford Figo trends do this but I had not even driven away just started the car, I told him my car has never done this in the last 4 to 5 years I had it. He just dismissed me. Drove the car a couple of days later it started again switching off, took it back in they kept it for a couple of days and told me they cannot find anything, they did the diagnostics like last time, got my car again still the issue was there, took it back they did the diagnostics still they came back and told me they could not pick up anything,I had to suggest to the consultant to consult with their other branches to check if they have never come across such an issue. They only consulted with N1 city and they seemed to not care or bother with the other branches, when I asked her why did they not check with all their branches she said N1 city is the only branch we communicate with. I asked her if it is not an electrical issue, she said no. I am wondering in the history of Ford Figo is my car the first one to do this is this a phenomenon, and if they know and see my frustration why are they not doing further checks to really get this issue resolved and to the bottom of this, to them as long as it does not come up on their diagnostic results they cannot be bothered to investigate further. I have paid I was told it was fixed and on top of that I am a woman, my safety and the safety of the other people on the road around me is at risk as I don't know when this car will decide to switch off on me but Ford had fixed the issue and now they cannot find the issue and as a matter of fact the technician thought it was this or that. So the confusing part is if the expects cannot assist me and are not even bothered to investigate further to get to the bottom of this then who else. I have been taken advantage of as a woman, as we know this industry does that. When I took my car in for that service they told me the water bottle needed changing as it was leaking, before I took it in my car never leaked as I would have seen where I park it at work and home, this shows how these companies are making money by taking advantage of the fact that I am a woman and I don't know anything about cars. I just want to says Barloworld Tygervalley is the worst, everytime I have taken my car they don't do pre checks for scratches, dents and cracks, I got my car now on the passenger side it has a scratch that I don't even know where it came from, I brought this up to them that they have to do checks before taking in the car so all parties are aware in what state the car is in before they take it, N1 city did that everytime I took my car in, the past 2 times I have taken it to them no checks/inspections were done now I have a scratch. And I want to say if my car was fixed like they had told me and I paid for that part that the technician replaced why is my car still giving me issues, will Barloworld be responsible if anything happens to me or anyone around me because of this issue as they had told me they fixed it and the other 2 times I took it "after they said they fixed it" now they could not find the issue. The expects cannot even suggest lets rather keep your car with us until we can find what the issue is, can these people be trusted. People be careful of the so called expects as they are as clueless as most of us when it comes to cars, I mean these are supposed to be car doctors the ones that know but they don't and even if you do not know you consult with others and see if you can resolve an issue. Now I am left driving a car that I am not sure what will happen when I drive it. And I have a feeling the issue is a small thing but they only looking at the wrong places as they would rather say its something big so they can get more money from me. I will be taking this further.
