Car not working correctly

I took my car for service on the 30 August 2022 and on the 3 September 2022 I pressed the hooter but to my shock no sound came out. Upon my inspection the wire to the hooter has been stripped and upon checking the work done on the RHS ABS, the arc clips some areas are missing? Called Toyota Centurion on 5 September 2022, spoke to Craig explained the problem and they book my car for service again 🙄 I am unable to take my car to that place and have asked him to send someone out to come inspect or fix the issues. He promised to come back to me, but to date I'm still in limbo? I want Toyota to fix my car as it was prior to them working on my car.
