Broken Tonneau Frame - 4 months and still waiting

I purchased a Chev Utility Bakkie from the above mentioned company towards the latter part of August this year, only to find that the Tonneau Cover frame was broken at the join, I reported this to the salesman within 7 days of purchasing and I was assured it will be replaced as soon as I brought it in, which I did within 2weeks of notifying the dealership. It has been almost 4 months and I am still waiting for it to be replaced, I have left that broken join with the rear frame at the dealership in the capable hands of the salesman, so i thought. It was last sent to another supplier, City Auto Plastics in PMB, as i was told they will resolve this issue, when i pitch up there, I am told by the owner that they are waiting for it to arrive from Port Shepstone, this was over a month ago and i am still waiting, I've even requested to the saleman to take back the bakkie and settle the bank and then put it up for sale as I no longer wish to deal with such pathetic service, to no avail. At this time they should replace the entire frame and cover with a new one due to the length of time and frustration I've had to endure sending out numerous emails with broken promises. Pathetic After sales!
