Brand new gti which vw refuses to repair

Golf 7 Gti purchased brand new from Barons Culemborg September 2014. Paid R15,000 extra for motor warranty and peace of mind. 1. At 9000km +-6 months later a ring breaks and a new upgraded motor is fitted. 2. January 2016, 30 000km on the car, the turbo fails. If one reads up on numerous websites, this is a problem on the golf 7 Gti, faulty turbos. Vw brought out a revision turbo to replace the faulty ones if customers report this problem to the dealer. Vehicle was then taken to barons n1 city with this problem but they refuse to replace the turbo. I am now sitting with a top of the range vehicle from volswagen, 30 000km, 1yr 4months old that's not driving. They refuse to fix their problem that they sold to me in the first place. I am disgusted with my entire experience which I had with volswagen.
