BARLOWORLD TOYOTA WITBANK - USELESS SERVICE

Very disappointed in Barloworld Witbank! They are useless!!! We booked our Toyota Hilux in to replace the left front drive shaft. Someone phoned us early the morning to ask if they must fix the windscreen (small crack), my husband said no, not necessary. By the end of the day (nobody phoned again) we went back to pick up the bakkie just to found that they didn't do anything on the bakkie. After a half an hour they told us they need to give us a quotation first. We did have the quote and showed it to them and told them that we organize with a service assistant and he told us to bring in the bakkie that specific day to replace the shaft. Long story short - we took our bakkie (without them touching it) and left the garage. This is the 3rd time we had a bad experience with the same garage. On another occasion they serviced the bakkie just to forget to put the oil cap back on. With another service of our FJ they broke our safety belt..... We will NEVER again take any car to them for anything!!!! They don't come back to you, they are rude and useless!!!
