Barloworld Toyota Menlyn is the worst Toyota branch!

Barloworld toyota menlyn is really the worst in the business. On this day, 09 November 2019 I went there hoping that they will quickly check if my rear drum brakes on my touring Quantum vehicle are still good. I was told that they are short staffed and can't help me. I must book an apointment for Monday??? Seriousely guys, I have 4 x Toyota Quantums in my fleet and provide transport to overseas clients, so vehicles must be top notch and I only fit factory genuine Toyota parts. Why must I make a booking for something that takes literally 10 minutes to check.

When I asked to speak with the service manager, I was told he is not in , dealer principal..not in today. There was no manager of any department available.

I then went straight to HIQ menlyn, they immediately assisted me and checked the brakes.

Lets say I was a walk in client with a bag full of cash wanting to buy a vehicle...I will leave the rest for you to figure out.
