Barloworld Toyota Kuilsriver Missing engine cover after vehicle service

Please do not service your vehicle at Barlow Toyota Kuilsriver. Wife took her Toyota Quest 1,6 plus 2018 in for service. Two weeks ago we discovered the engine cover is missing. Management insists the vehicle model and year doesn't come out with the engine cover. We paid cash for the vehicle at Barloworld Stellenbosch in 2018 with odo less than 15000km. The vehicle is not driven much and was inspected on several by the manager of our local Caltex Service Station. His comments about the engine was always 👌 and the cover was always there. I'm very unhappy in the manner the manager at Kuilsriver spoke to my wife. How or where else would the cover have disappeared. Double check your engine compartment, sparetyre, etc. These guys target female clients. BE AWARE, THEY ARE *****S .
