Barloworld ******** me through suspect Insurances

<p>Can someone from Barloworld contact me. I bought a brand new car from Barons Bellville and with that, I have apparently paid an insurance for dents and scratches (in the name of SMART insurance) and these people never approved my claims and Im in the process of claiming my money back. Now I have had a debit order alongside my car repayment with ref number: OPTIMUM_*MAS******X. I have struggled long and hard to find out what this is for and 4 years later I am told this is an insurance by Barloworld for credit shortfall in the even my car is ****** or written off.</p> <p> </p> <p>My questions are:</p> <p>1. if I was never told about it, would I have claimed on it in the event I lost my car or its written off?</p> <p>2. How do I claim this money back as I never knew about this insurance and my car already has insurance covering it for this same thing? In fact, Webank forces me to take insurance for them to finance me and I dont need this insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Barloworld duped me into paying both of these insurances that I do not need. Look here on Hellopeter for all SMART Insurance complaint and tell me if this is something any sane person would endorse and sell to people.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do the right thing and pay my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Zipho </p>
