Barloworld PMB

After having my car serviced my spare tyre was not fastened and not one peraon in the workahop knew how to fastwn it again???????? The foreman Mark took the device which hold down my spare tyre and stated he would let me know when I can come back and have it fastened. It has been over 2 months now and I haven't heard a word from him. I phoned yesterday giving him a message to call me and still nothing. I am getting fed up and want to have my spare secure and nobody knows how to do it??? And I have to follow up on this??? Barloworld PMB
