Barloworld GM Zambezi - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I traded in my vehicle at GM Zambezi. I had an arrangement with the dealership that I did not have to pay the instalment for 2 months and that the first instalment would be on the 1st of September 2016. The bank through which the financing has been done, phoned me and said that they will be deducting both the instalment s in one week. They also stated that I would get a bad record if the arrears is not settled. The bank said that the Dealership should have made arrangements, which they did not do. I have been trying to contact the Dealership and the Sales person, but to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need the dealership to sort this out with the bank as this is unacceptable.</p>
