Barloworld Ford Tygervalley - wait 2 weeks for broken petrol gauge to be looked at,not further assistance

I brought my car in for a service 3 weeks ago.I Noticed 2 days ago that my petrol gauge is not working, positioned on the same spot. I have no idea how much petrol is in my car.

I phone Ford Tygervalley with the situation and explained that I may be travelling next week with my car, if someone can please have a look at it.

They said they can only look at in on 24 October, which is 2 weeks away! No one could assist in maybe helping out with the issue. They would not even let me bring it in just for someone to check. The lady on the phone explained they service up to 40 cars a day. Sounds like FORD has a lot of issues!!

Sounds like a bunch off bull**** system, what if my car broke down and needed to take it there. I have a service plan, only place I can take it to. They could not even assist and advise where to take it to.

If run out of petrol in the middle of nowhere, holding Barloworld Ford Tygervalley reliable!
