The worst service station of ford at the Tygervalley branch

I told them that there is a problem with my gearbox when i took the car in for a service. the car struggled to go into reverse gear Figo 2016 model with 22000 kilometers on the clock. After the car service i went to fetch and saw the car was not even washed properly and the reverse gear still gave problems. I phoned them they said she will give me feedback on the same day before 5pm from the manager that was on Friday . So i waited on Tuesday i couldn't wait anymore i phoned them and finally i got hold of the manager he told me i must be there at 10am the next day. so i went and he was in a meeting very bad service in my opinion. Then they fetched the car technician and he told me i must wait 3 sec before i put the car in reverse. oh man i couldn't believe what i have just heard.

I will never go back.
