BARLOWORLD FORD PINETOWN - PATHETIC

Hi, Just want to you guys know about the horrible service I received at Ford Pinetown this morning. I heard a rattling sound while driving this morning and decided to go in to Ford to have checked in case something is wrong. Just to have look at before it becomes a serious matter. But I was turned away and told to call and make a booking for my vehicle to be seen too and that there's nothing that they can do to help me...I'm leaving to Cape town tomorrow, how am I supposed to drive my van with this noise. if something then breaks, I'm going to be held responsible ? negligent driver ? warranty does pay ? is that how you treat customers ? we have 4 Ford vehicles in my yard....if that's how you treat loyal customers then I'm sorry to have dealt with you !!!!
