I have dealt with a Couple of Dealerships due to my Line of work, concerning: New Car sales, Used Car Sales and After Sales and never in my career or private life have I been met with such unkind, unprofessional and downright rude service. Right across the board I was let down by just how un organized this dealer ship is run, from the lack of reception to the seemingly always out of the office Dealer Principle.

Hemendra Singh, Pre-Owned Sales Manager ( ********** ) ********** you, I refuse to call you Mr. or Sir. You do not deserve a title nor that placard stating “Pre Owned Sales Manager” if you cannot show respect or a sense of customer service, I suggest you do not deal with the general public nor clients. Telling a client who has already purchased a car from you and has taken delivery that : “You do not have time for this” when it comes to a simple question concerning paper work is simply unacceptable.

Then getting a sales person to phone me to turn around and come back to the dealership knowing full well that I had a ****M journey ahead of me, because there was a problem with the paper work and the car was wrongfully handed over. Proceeding to take the car back from me, leaving me with no transport or reservations for the evening without as much as a lift to the closest Hotel or B&B.
