BARLOWORLD FORD is ***

<p>FORD BARLOWORLD IN PIETERMARIZBURG WILL NOT RETURN MY CAR SINCE LAST YEAR DECEMBER. my car went to be diagonised in November hence i got wrong diagonistic. I toke it back in December and the whole month i did not get any respond from ford. In January i had to go to remind them. I got another different results. In February i had meeting with the management to address my issue however i found the top management been so arrogent (Workshop manager and his manager). I reported the matter to ford South Africa nothing happen. In February i went to paid full amount for the car to be fixed. To date i am still waiting for the car. Last of last week i went to the company to drive test the car but only to find out the critical lights were not cleared. I spoken to Service advisor (Ashalin Naidoo)who seems not to know what is happeining about the car couple of times about my car. I also spoken to Mark about and am thinking of taking legal actions as they undermine me..Please help me ********** 497</p>
