Barloworld Ford bad aftersales service

I purchased a Isuzu bakkie at/through Ford Barloworld N1 city. The sales executive Jacques agreed that they will fix/replace certain issues that was not there when I initially viewed the bakkie. Its been 2 months+ now that I have called and e-mailed the branch and spoke to Jacques, nothing is being done. The service is speedy whilst you purchasing the vehicle but putrid after sales service- should have gone to another dealership.
