Bad service from the dealership

I bought a new Policy Vivo Maxx at VW Soweto but as of the past year l have not had joy on it. The car has been changed the clutch 3 times, the hooter has been changed, the ignition has been changed and bulbs from the left side only blow up constantly. Last year July the boot shocks fell off and l notified the dealer then the workshop manager Goodwill told us that the car will have to go to panel beaters he will tell us which panel shop to go to but never heard from him till November when we had to fight with him since we had been looking for him since July but couldn't get hold of him despite leaving countless messages by the reception . He told us to take the car to Barloworld Coachworks in Isando and got a quote which was sent to him the same day but he denied receiving it when we called him the same day. We spoke to the Workshop manager first week of january and he said he had done a booking with the panelbeater. Recently when l was making a follow up on the booking l was told the workshop manager had resigned and no booking was made with the panel shop. I was referred to the Dealer Principal who told us that VW might not pay the amount because the car is out of warranty but we had reported the issue when the car was still under warranty and they say the Workshop Manager is nolonger around to answer for himself so there is nothing they can do about it. We have raised the issues on this car and the dealership is advising us to Trade in the car after 3 and a half years of paying like really. Is it what happens when someone has an issue with a vehicle advise them to trade it in? . All we are asking for is that VW please get the car fixed and we cannot pay for your Work Shop Manager's mishaps and we are told that VW might pay a percentage of the repair amount but we are not prepared to spend a cent on the car because this issue was supposed to be resolved when it was reported. We also asked the panel shop for a courtesy car but they said if it's a warranty claim the dealer has to provide one for us but the dealer says it won't give us any car for the duration the car will be by the panel beaters
