BAD Service from service centre

My Ford transit was taken to Ford N1 city on 22 / 10 / 17 by die AA. This morning I phoned to find out wat the status of my vehicle is as they have not made any contact with me since they received the vehicle. I was told that somebody would call me back. HA HA It is now 3 hours later and I just phoned again, and again was told that they would phone me back.
