Bad service

I am so disgusted with your Barloworld Ford Bellville branch. The worst service provider ever. First you call and listen to press this and this and then hang on for ages before they answer. I tried to book a oil service on 14 January for our 2017 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT. Switchboard put me through to the service department. 7 minutes later the switchboard lady asked my details and said she will let them call me back. They never called. 15th January my husband called, the same ****** story. Looks like when they sold a car to you then that's it. I'm forever sorry buying a Ford. Looks like you don't actually want to do the free service.
