Bad Service

Mercedes does not care of the Clients when it comes to service and repairs. I sent the vehicle for repairs and few weeks later, same problem appears on the vehicle.

If you send the vehicle for repairs, it takes too many days just to replace brake pads. This is do embarrassing for such a big company. I drive about 40km taking the vehicle to umhlanga, I don't know why Pinetown branch is closed down and Durban CBD branch was also shut down.

So now I need to have money to hire a car in order to be able to move up and down. Kids needs to be taken to and from school but Mercedes is only care about making money.

The company might as well shut down and stop selling cars if they failing to provide good service to Clients
