Bad service

<p>On Friday 1/7 we hole in the petrol tank. We phoned Toyota and the workshop said to bring it in as a breakdown at about 14:00 we were helped by Glenda. She created a jobcard and stated that the cost would be about R4300-00 for a new tank. We phoned at about 16:45 to enquire about the problem. Mpho promised to phone back but never did. Monday 4/7 Mpho called my husband and said that could not find any problem (on the sump, and no leaks). At 15:oo we went to Toyota and were given and account of approximately R7000-00 we refused to pay. The tank was not fixed. We asked for the service manager and explained the situation, He than undertook to take over the matter and stated that is was the sump. On Tuesday 12/7 at 8:14 my son phoned that stated that the tank were sent to Silverton but are still leaking. At 8:45 I phoned and enquired. I said that I want my vehice and was informed by the service dept that they have sent the tank to Silverton. Up to now still no sucess. When we phone Toyota and Mpho hear is is Rogers then he put us down to somebody. </p> <p> </p> <p>We stay 20km from town and my husband has a hart stopping condition and we depent on our vehicle. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am not satisfied with this service and would like if you can assist.</p>
