BAD after sales service

Good day

please can you assist, i have heard issues with this dealership.

i payed for a car tracker directly to them for a car purchased on the 13 April 2019 . device was never fitted and i cancelled because of bad service. i have now been sent from pillar to post for my refund. I had also had to chase the dealer ship for my plates and car disc, as a result i had to have a 2nd permit issued. emailing every second day for empty promise. PLEASE HELP
