AUDI CENTER BRUMA - ALL SALES NO SERVICE!!!

I bought a brand new Audi Q2 and before even a month driving the car it started throwing warning signals. I called the sales person who sold me the car and told him which he then said he would get someone to call me from the technician department. I waited and waited for weeks to no avail. I followed up tirelessly. One day I followed up and he told me he no longer works there but will get someone to call me. Still nobody called. I then called the department myself which they then advised me to bring the car in. I took the car in on a Saturday morning as agreed with the technician. I spent the whole morning there as they then told me they need to replace the battery. The battery was then replaced and I took my car. Within 3hrs the same warning had started again. I called them during that week and I was told that they will leave a message for the technician who was helping me to call me back. Even now nobody has called me back. My car lights do not switch on when unlocking the car, my electrically operated things in the car do not work unless the car is moving. This is unacceptable also considering that I bought this car BRAND NEW!!! I am thoroughly disappointed in the service as when they wanted to make the sale they were enthusiastic but now that the car is giving me problems I am getting the run around!!!.
