49 Days after car bought still no Registration doc

My daughter bought a previously owned Toyota Etios 1.5 Xs 5 Dr from Barloworld Toyota Tygervalley on 30th October for cash. I am the co-owner of the car. After 49 days we still do not have the legal Registration Documents for the car (after countless phone calls, E-mails and a personal visit to the Dealer). All we get is<br> excuses but no Registration documents.
