Bark.us Parental app wont cancel my subscription

I changed from iphone to android. I then wanted to cancel the Bark.us subscription, but it doesn't allow me to cancel it on my android. I don't have the iphone any longer.

The staff is very friendly, but they are messing me around with the cancellation. I got an email to say that they can confirm that my subscription will end on 13 July. I then emailed for confirmation after the 13th and they send an email to say that they can confirm for sure that the account will end on 13 August. I emailed them yesterday the 14th to check... and guess what? They confirmed that the account will end on 13 September. I can't get hold of management and dont have my iphone to cancel. This is rediculous!
