Terrible Service

<p>This company really has no idea what customer service means. Telephone constantly rings and when you finally get through , the "1" person dealing with accounts can't assist you she takes your contact details and promises to call you back but never does. I even sent numerous emails querying accounts and not a single response. If the "1" person can't handle the workload would the next move not be to get more people to assist. Seriously man this is frustrating as its costing the practice money to make calls everytime and send emails to query the SAME accounts over and over. Yes we understand this not a big medical aid but come on is it that difficult to reply to an email???? </p>
