UNFAIR HANDLING OF MY CASE
I went to CCMA regarding my case and was referred to the bargaining council of hairdressing. I was told by CCMA that my case is late and stated why my case is late because I had no knowledge about the days I was suppose to fight my case. I received my UIF forms end of March hence my case was late so I couldn’t have fought my case in the period the council expected me to which was in January which doesn’t make sense at all. The council was provided my UIF forms which says the date my forms was signed which was the 24th of March 2026 and I received it the 30th of March 2026. My case has everything to do with my UIF forms. My previous boss wasn’t penalised for her actions towards me for my UIF forms being handed to me in March instead of in January. Now I am told that my condensation forms aren’t accepted on what grounds because my case has everything to do with my UIF forms. I am not going to leave this just like that I am going to take this further and make them pay for the emotional stress, and the pain and suffering they have caused me what a useless council who doesn’t side with the employee who is paying every month, they will rather side with your previous employer.
