Cancellation

I have sent them SEVERAL emails to cancel my subscription (which I did not even sign to become a member) but I still receive statements EVERY month! I told them I am not going to pay these funds as I am still a student and cannot afford it every month, and I received an email stating that it's noted, but still nothing changes. I keep getting statements from them, with each month adding up to the previous total amount. Why can they not cancel "my subscribtion/membership"?
