Wifi off and no customer service

im sitting with out wifi for 2 days now i message the customer service number they tell me hold on while they have a look and then u dont hear from them again i have tried calling them hole day with no answer its now a week that my wifi is on slow and then off but when it comes to payment they dont want to hear any stories im sorry but your after hour service is up 2 **** and even working hours is not very help full
