Terrible service: Dragged on since July with false promises and no refund!

I am extremely disappointed with Barefeet SA. I started a replacement process with them at the beginning of July for Order #10290 (Value: R1119). All I wanted was a size bigger, they assured me that this is definitely possible and that I just have to send the shoes back on my own account, which I did. (R210 later...)

Every single time I followed up, I was repeatedly **** to and told that my item was "on its way." Last week, nearly two months later, they finally admitted the item was actually out of stock and would take another 3 weeks.

I immediately asked for a refund instead. They told me that the refund would be processed by the end of this week. It is now Friday, and I have received absolutely no money and zero communication.

I tried to phone now, someone answered and asked for my order number, 10seconds later, the call dropped and now I can't get through to them again...

They have held onto my money since July with nothing to show for it but broken promises. The product was great, but customer service needs a serious upgrade!
