Bare Laser Hair Removal in Cape Quarter is a COMPLETE ****! 😡 I booked multiple sessions, but after the FIRST EXCRUCIATING session, I was left with SEVERE BURNS on my underarms and bikini line. I immediately let them know, and they casually told me to apply Aquas cream, saying it would go away. 🙄 Right then and there, I asked for a refund, but they flat-out REFUSED and BEGGED me to come back, promising to use a “lighter frequency.” Against my gut feeling, I returned…BIG MISTAKE!

I did underarm and Hollywood laser, and OMG 😱, I have NEVER felt so much pain in my life. The next day, my skin was swollen, raised with bumps, and scabbing EVERYWHERE the laser touched. The burning and itching were so intense, I couldn’t bear it for TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT 🔥. I sent them photos immediately, and their response? “It will go away, just use Aquas cream.” EXCUSE ME? The pain was beyond words, and the burn marks were SO VISIBLE—two weeks of pure agony 😩.

They BEGGED me AGAIN to come for another session! WHY would I go back when I had SECOND DEGREE BURNS on my bikini line?! I sent them more photos, and they asked me to come in. When they saw the burns in person, they STILL said it would go away and AGAIN REFUSED MY REFUND 😡.

I’ve done laser hair removal before, and THIS was HIGHLY ABNORMAL. They had the audacity to suggest I refer a friend to take over my package—WHY would I put anyone through this NIGHTMARE?!

🚨 WARNING 🚨 DO NOT USE BARE LASER! It’s been THREE MONTHS of me politely asking for my money back, and they REFUSE to refund me. They only care about TAKING YOUR MONEY and DO NOT CARE about the damage their machines are doing to clients. This place is a TOTAL ****. I’m pursuing a civil case because NO ONE deserves the physical and financial pain I went through.
