My experience at Bare laser has been nothing but appalling. The owner of the company has no regard for women's comfort, good business practice, or boundaries. When I started with my journey last year, I was expecting good service. It all fell apart very quickly. When you go to get lasered, you have to sit fully naked in a room with a stranger, that becomes more comfortable with every appointment and you get to know each other, this is not the case at bare. I was seen by at least 10 different staff members over the course of 12 appointments. Each staff member had a different style, some were slower, some were faster, some staff members didn’t know how to do their job and I had to guide them through how to do laser treatments. 3 different staff members weren’t aware that the back of my legs indeed did need lasering, which is shocking. Am I meant to walk around with the back of my legs still being hairy? 2 staff members didn’t know they had to laser my behind, so i missed out on those appointments because at the time i was not aware either, and these appointments that were missed were not given back to me. With multiple staff working on me, I had to wonder what the issue was, and I found the answer. I started asking every new lady what the issue was, and everything always led back to the owner, Reynard. They said he was verbally abusive, and would often go to his car for some time, then return not long after out of his mind and let loose at them. This kind of working environment meant the workers were leaving after working there for only a short time, hence being met with a new face every time I had my appointment. One day Reynard was there at my appointment and I asked him where the last lady was, because she was fantastic. He told me point blank that no friends nor family have heard from her and she was a missing person, and everyone was really worried about her. This came as a huge shock to me as that’s a very serious situation. Later in my appointment I asked the new lady what happened and she told me that the previous lady had quit and was doing just fine, and that Reynard was telling all his remaining customers that she was a missing person, to cover himself. I have witnessed first-hand his abuse to staff, I was sat at her desk and listened to her have a phone call with him, as I was unhappy with my previous service, and he was threatening to take away her commission for the current session, screaming at her on the phone, I had to get my partner involved to resolve the situation and that resulted in a screaming match as well. I have asked for a refund for the service once before, and that was met with being ignored, for months, until I gave in and went back to my appointments, in hopes that things would get better. They did not. Appointments were not carried out correctly by untrained staff and it’s been the biggest headache. I know for a fact i’m not the only one as members of staff have confided in me that he does this to all of his clients. They have an issue, he ignores it, they just give up and stop coming, he keeps their money. Reynard has received a multitude of bad reviews for his horrible service and mistreating of clientele, and he responds to them with anger and pointing fingers. There is so much more I could say on the matter, so much more that happened, but I hope that this is enough to turn you away. Do not go to Bare Laser, you will not get your service, your money will be ******, and Reynard is the cause. Do not go here.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Bare Laser Green Point to look elsewhere for their safety. I purchased a 12-session package and have had to stop treatment because I was physically burnt by their laser. Despite sustaining actual laser burns and seeing zero results (no hair reduction or thinning whatsoever after 5 sessions), management has had the audacity to reject my refund request for the remaining 7 sessions I have already paid for. It is deeply concerning that a clinic specializing in aesthetic medical treatments prioritizes profit over patient safety. Not only is their technique ineffective and dangerous, but their refusal to refund unused sessions after causing physical injury is ********* and predatory. I am now left with burns and a significant financial loss. Save your skin and your money—do not trust this establishment. They do not stand by their work and they clearly do not care about the well-being of their clients.
