Staff only interested in making money, no interest in good customer service

<p>I have spent thousands at bare laser and after many sessions can barely see any results. </p> <p>I had 2 small spots of hair on the bottom of my chin which I had previously had lasered at another clinic with excellent results. At the previous clinic, the hair was all gone after only one session and only returned 18 months later. So after the 18months when some hairs returned, I went to Bare and I had 3 chin sessions and saw NO results whatsoever so I then stopped the chin sessions. </p> <p>I continued with my sessions of underarm and bikini line. The sessions are extremely short and it seems that the the******s do the minimum of laser shots possible to keep the customer returning. The whole area is definitely not covered. After 6 sessions I have seen very little results while at other laser centres have had better results after 1 session only.</p> <p>The staff at bare are very petty regarding moving about your sessions and take sessions away if you cancel a minute after 24 hours before the session, no matter what your reason for cancelling. Also very adamant in keeping to appointment dates and will even move your appointments earlier than should (which would actually be detrimental to optimal hair removal results), just so they can fit more customers in.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
