I paid upfront for my laser sessions. It was cheaper this way (obviously). But once I had to reschedule my appointment they told me reschedule is not possible and that I would forfeit the session and they wouldn't refund me, as this is their rule apparently.

I was not advised on the phone that I would have to forfeit the session. I was booked off work in bed that morning and I could not have forseen being sick in advance. Just as I could have not forseen that the airline would change my flight in advance. I was not just cancelling appointments for no reason. I certainly wouldn't have opted for Bare if i knew I would be paying Bare for receiving no service.
