Refund refused after burn

<p>Despite the friendly nature of staff, I have been dissapointed by the service received at the Canal Wall branch. After being quite extensively burnt at a rushed full leg session, with no possible explanation or reasoning, I am no longer comfortable to continue treatment. Bare Laser REFUSES to provide a refund for the packages/sessions for which I have paid for but not yet used - all that they are willing to offer me is an extra session. Their lack of support or interest to assist following the burn provided me with even further dissapointment.<br />It is safe to say that I will not be coming back. I would suggest thinking twice about purchasing any kind of package from Bare Laser, it could mean thousands of Rands down the drain.</p>
