No Results - No Compromise

<p>I went to Bare laser in December 2014-August 2016 for laser hair removal of face (lip, cheeks, chin and neck). I was initiallyinformed that I only need 6 sessions. I went for over 30 sessions. Te results are still not clear, after spending over R10 000. They won't give me a refund and management refuses to meet with me. They first said they would give me complementry sessions till I am satisfied then went back on their word and said I need to consult a doctor.</p> <p> </p> <p>They didn't do a proper assessment of my face initially then turn around and say it could be hormanal.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally ********* and against the consumer act.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need help what can I do?</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Extremely unsatisfied customer</p>
