No refund for burns!

<p>Do not book packages as they do NOT refund even if things go wrong.</p> <p>I had one treatment which was extremely painful causing me to have multiple burns. Apparently setting can be inaccurate for your skin type. As I had a package of 3 I wanted to cancel and get a refund of the 2 remaining appointments for obvious reasonable reasons.</p> <p>I was refused a refund!! </p> <p>Do not book packages unless you have a successful first treatment. You will NOT get your hard worked money back even if it is their fault!!</p>
