I am soo dissatisfied with the horrible service I received from Barcelos Blu Valley, they made an error with my order it was incomplete, when I brought this to their attention they said no worries we will quickly prepare the missing portion of the order. When i called I was told that they are looking for a drive to deliver they don't know when they can find one, I then requested to speak to a manager and I was informed he was too busy at the back to attend to me. I then requested a refund as 1 hour has passed with my complete order, the lady said they don't know how to do that I must do it on my side. I was told to leave my number the manager will call in about 10 minute 30 minutes passed and i called again, and the manager picknup the pho e and promise to deliver in 5 minutes. I mean why should i gobthrough this trouble and i have been the one making constant follow ups. There seem to be no care at all on the side of Barcelos Blu Valley, I am soo disappointed, worst service every
