Barcelos Stanmore Pathetic - Poor ***** management
Barcelos Stanmore Pathetic service from Anand!!! I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience Barcelos Stanmore. I ordered and paid in full for two quarter chicken meals with sides. When I requested both breast pieces for my meals, the manager Anand serving me refused, stating that they had too many leg pieces left and that it was protocol from head office to balance the portions yet I am paying in full for my meals. I asked if another customer would be allowed to order breast pieces, and the manager confirmed they would, but only one per customer. This felt unfair and inconsistent. To get the breast pieces I wanted, I was forced to pay extra for a separate, more expensive meal even though I didn't want the rolls. Additionally, I would like to note that the manager, Anand, who served me, was very unaccommodating and rude throughout the interaction. This added to the frustration of the experience and left me feeling disrespected as a paying customer. I believe this practice is misleading and not in line with fair customer service. Customers should be able to choose their preferred pieces when ordering and paying for a meal in full, without being penalized or charged more. Even when I took my meal in the end Anand was very smerky. I kindly request that Barcelos management review this policy and provide clarity on whether customers are entitled to select their preferred chicken portions. I also ask for a resolution regarding the additional cost I had to pay. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and trust this will be addressed urgently.

What horrible experience and service from the Barcelos at Mountain view center. Ordered the double burgers, both rolls where stale and the quarter chicken breast piece was so small when raised issue with the manager/owner she insisted there is nothing wrong.

Barcelos wonderboom Junction disgrace
Wonderboom Junction Barcelos My 5 year old is having 2 minute noodles for dinner as he never received any food we ordered First time trying and or experiencing Barcelos It is a disgrace 3 out of 4 orders incorrect with flavouring wrong, sauces wrong did not receive the jelapeno poppers as per what the fire box said. Manager tried to correct but struggled to find our address and our first order was a delivery order. When they called and said they arrived with the todlers food and we informed we are in a complex and sending my older child to collect at the gate they were not there and he had to stand in the dark. They called numerous times saying they are at the gate but were not there. I am not gonna let my son stand in the dark in the street to wait for them till who knows when and still they dont show up. I would not recommend at all, wasting time, money.

Pathetic service, I didnt even bother looking for something else I will nolonger buy from this business
