Worst service ever.

The worst customer service ever. I waited in the line and waited an extra 20 minutes to be survived, despite me being there before mr uber eats I called a hour before it wasn't answered I then went to the store and found the phone being ignored for which I had send my fiance who was coming from work to bring food and found her at the store panicking and furious by the so called managers attitude and who left us to attend the people behind us which for me was disrespectful and non professional. I heard the phone ring and your manager told the person over the phone that the store is busy and if he wants service they should be at the store. Remember, I called the store prior to coming physically. My fiance was there and to confirm, the attitude was atrocious. When we finally got to speak to the waiter or manager to take our order, we met a very rude attitude. He didnt want to tell us what the sides were and suggested that we read it while he does other things. We complained and wanted to speak to a manager. To our surprise, he said he was the manager. Look, we are hungry and want to eat, but met with a horrible attitude. Cant the person taking our order advise us? Is that too much to ask for? He ignored us, started jumping the line yet calling himself a manager? He wasn't even wearing mask properly! We have pictures. I not now how you run the place, but you should at least advise your patrons of what sides you have to compliment the menu . We can all read, but need clarity to make a decision and this wasn't done. Instead we were told of a queue that we stood in. We stood on a queue where we initially called to no avail. The guts of kitchen staff to tell us that theres a long queue is offensive. We were in the very same queue they referred to. Please dont disrespect us. We fam ther because we wanted your food, despite long queue and attitude. If anyone respects themselves they will never come to your store. Absolute waste of time and resources. Would never recommend you at all. Go to nando's for people who respect your time and money
