Worst service ever

I complained because I order stirfry tangy lemon that is not suppose to burn, but it burned like hell. The Owner told me if I want my money back I must drive over there and bring the stirfry in exactly the same order that I received it and then he\ll give my money back because all races buy there and no-one has ever complained?? What has race got to do with my complain??, "
