Worse services ever at Barcelos Broadway

I called in the store at 11.45. I place an order for 6 people. Told the lady that answered its for delivery and she said delivery is R25 which i agreed upon. They call me at 12.30 to confirm my address again. My break is at 1pm. I called the store at 1.15 the lady said they left 10 minutes ago. I called again at 1.35 she said they left ten minutes ago. How many ten minutes ago did the driver leave. She calls me at 2.pm and say the driver is back in the store and he needs directions as he cant find the place. Initially she said there is only one driver hence the delay now she says the driver cant find the place. My point is if they did not know where the place is why take the order. She says the order will leave at 2pm and i must just direct the driver again. Is she mad or what, who is going to give us an extended lunch break. I canceled the order but she insists i must take it and next time she will give me something free. Who the hell wants free food. I am so shocked and dissapointed the services and i an a regular at the Broadway branch. I will spread the word of today
