worse service ever

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Im a traffic officer working in Pretoria CBD. we normally buy lunch from Barcelos in Sunnyside because we love their service, friendliness and good food. Today, we bought a full chicken about 2 hours ago and the food took more than 25 min. The cashier was professional and friendly and continuous updating us about how long it would take. I then approached the manager to say our order is taking long. We requested extra sauce on the meet as they usually give us but the manager shouted and unprofessionally yelled at the cashier. When we intervened to ask him not to scream to the cashier, he continued as if we were not regular customers. He was so rude and intolerance. I felt so bad for asking for an extra sauce for the meet. We even asked for a free drink in the mean time while we waited for our meet and he said no. My colleagues and I are still shocked at what we experienced.</p>
