waiting for my voucher for over a year

i emailed them and sent a msg on fb and they got back to me promising a voucher for the raw food they gave me yet its been oveer a year n a half and no refund, the indian owner at that bruch didnt even bother to say sorry yet i spent well over R200 for raw chicken. very very upset. wuld like my money back x10 for all the emails and time wasted on Barcelos will never eat there again i want my money back
