Waited more that an hour for our order

15/07/2015 - We had to wait more than an hour for our order (sit down). Went to the front 2 times to ask for a refund, but the person cooking the chicken (not sure if it was the manager) informed me both times it would only take a minute.<br> <br> After 1h20min we finally got our food.<br> <br> Totally unacceptable!!!!! Employ more staff as it seemed your staff could not keep up with the orders. We were not the only customers that waited for more than an hour and asking for a refund!!!<br> <br>
