waited 2 hours to receive a meal

I had placed an order at the Phoenix Plaza Barcelos to be delivered. the order was placed at 6:36 pm on the 27/09/2015 and I had only received the order at 8:30pm.<br> I had called in twice to enquire about my order every time I spoke to the lady she said it was on it way but nothing came in those minutes. When the delivery guy Freedom came to drop of the meal it was soggy and cold as he had placed the ice cool drinks in the bag with the meal I had ordered upon delivery I asked him to call the manager which he refused to do. so I had to call from my cell, I spoke to guy by the name of Lawrence who was rude and arrogant. He insisted that the delivery period was 105minutes which is ridiculous as we stay about 15 mins away and that they were busy, even though I informed him that I called numerous times to inquire about my order why was I not informed of that ? his answer was I am stupid and that I do not know how the company runs! What a ridiculous service received from a Manager at the restaurant.<br> <br> Terrible service received from a manager can only imagine the service the staff provide to their clients.<br> this will be the last time I ever order from them.<br> <br>
