Very bad service

I had to meet with my husband for lunch where we sat on a table and I asked to use the bathroom since I was heavily bleeding, the Zimbabwean lady Gladys Makiwa refused me access to the bathroom claiming it was company policy. It was very disgusting that the company enforce such stupid rules where regardless of the situation, a woman should be ruthless to one of their own. I really don't understand why we should be treated like that as customers.
