very bad first time experience

first time and Never !

i walked into Sunnyside Barcelos at 14:01pm and a very cold reception by a cashier named anna on my slip. as the manager preceded to front desk she then helped me. i ordered the famous Ayoba meal and asked for my side to be thigh and drumstick. with trust i did not open my order and only realized as i driving back home. i then called to enquire and the same lady kept on saying she cant hear when i asked to speak to the manager. i then called customer care and my complaint was acknowledged with no reception issues however yet still no one followed on my query . i doubt ill ever walk in into a barcelos . Anna reception is not for front desk , you can clearly tell shes old furniture that are always entitled and give an attitude when corrected , not with my experience .
