Utter Disrespect and Rudeness from Barcelos Observatory in Cape Town - I do not recommend the store to anyone after the disrespect my mother and I received.

So I’m out here with my Mama Bear having Ocean Basket in Kenilworth instead because Barcelos in Observatory (Cape Town) decided that they too rich and they don’t want our money and treated us like trash. So this is the story: we get there, park, go in and as we walk in we decide we need to use the loo first before buying (I’m sure this isn’t unusual). Listen up: as we walk to the loo the young lady at the counter comes over and says we can’t use the loo we must first buy before using. My mom goes off while I listen coz she needed it more than me. I casually tell the lady we will order as soon as we done. As I approach the loo, the lights go off, wow guys *claps once*. What do you call that? That time I drove 11km’s just to have that chicken of there’s ( because I “was” a regular customer). Lights off ! Because we drove all the way from Ottery to use their loo and we weren’t gna buy food ne?? ????. Such bad customer service, Rudeness and disrespect on their part. This is my 2cents, I don’t recommend the place to anyone.
