Unhygienic Store & Slow Service

Placed an order for chicken livers and spicy rice and a chicken sharwama. Firstly we spent 10 mins waiting for the staff to find bar codes for menu items. The staff then left the kitchen and went outside only to return without washing their hands and continued touching the food. After 20 mins our food was given to us cold and appeared very unappetising. <br> <br> Food was returned and we asked for a refund. <br> <br> Very disappointed at how this store values their customers.
